We’re two friends that on a random Sunday debated what things were happening in town. Quickly realising it was almost impossible to get a simple overview of all things happening in Aarhus that day. Aarhus being the second biggest city in Denmark, we knew that there is a lot happening, we just couldn’t find a good overview. If we’re having this need, other must to. Right then, we started what later got named whatevent. Our vision? To provide both locals and visitors with a diverse range of events and exciting activities, whether it’s for a memorable celebration or just a mundane midweek escape.
“A couple of years ago, I traded quite sunny skies for Denmark’s weather which as you may know specialises in never-ending greyness so I have quickly figured out that deciding on what to do on weekends or just any other regular day can be challenging. Well, who knew that boredom could possibly lead to an interesting idea? My purpose now became to gather the city’s (un)hidden events and help others to break the status of a couch potato.
